Buying a car can be the second most expensive purchase many of us make and once you have bought the car the bills keep coming with servicing and general repairs. It is very important to find a garage that you trust as often when we take a car in to a garage we have to trust them that what they say requires to be changed or fixed is correct. Unless you are lucky enough to know someone in the motor trade, it can be challenging to check if what they are telling you is correct.
Main dealers and well recognised companies normally have strict policies on these sorts of things and will not risk charging you for items that do not need work on. If you are using a smaller independent garage, try and use one that has been recommended to you by another car owner that have previously had their car repaired there.
